Rewinder Set
These kinds of rewinding sets are used to wind up wires from coils onto spools for further fabrication or for sales units.
Material beeing used is copper, steel, aluminium or brass with wire diameter of max. approx. 3 mm.
The winder is optional equipped with presetable meter counter and automatic stop or with detection of full-filled spool by sensor.

Pinole winder with spool tensioning and lifting via e-hydraulics.
The traverseis done by a massive rolling ring gear.
Optionally with meter counter, protective bracket etc.
For spools from 400 - 1000 mm flange diameter.
For cables and ropes from Ø 2.0 - 18.0 mm.
Maximum speed up to 600 m/min.
