This Take Up is intended to be equipped with one or two spools.
The spools are quickly mounted with a pinole clamp. The wire traverse is executed by an "Uhing" winding drive.
The traverse distance can be changed during operation via a spindle. The unit is equipped with an electric revolution counter (6 numbers) and an automatic stop. The start and stop ramps can be adjusted freely via a frequency switch.
Length counter (meter), protection grid and table framework are available on request.

Automatic traverse consisting of:
Drive Unit with traversing carriage for mounting of the laser sensor and the wire guide roller and a stepping motor.
Lasersensor: measures the shape of the spool and the wire foreward in both directions.
Terminal: is used for input, storage of winding data and for operating and display of winding data while running operation.
Controller:controls and regulates the wire traverse. In the controller all data input via the terminal are stored, so that an operation is possible without a terminal.
Also, the controller has an interface via which a simple communication with a SPS is possible.
As an option: protection cover made of stainless steel with inspection window and a meter counter
