This Payoff is built as a cantilever unit with hydraulic handpump to lift the spool after having been positioned. Dependable on the application the following dancer accumulator is used only as an accummulator or also as a control device for the payoff braking.

Wire tension is adjustable by a magnetic powder brake via a power supply unit.

The Payoff is equipped with a hydraulic spool lifter. The spools are clamped hydraulically by a sleeve on keystroke. The unit is used for winding steel wires, cables etc. Tasks, tension, start and stop can be controlled by a remote control. The tension control while payoff is adjusted by a Magnetic Particle Break. A protection grid is optionally available.
