High Speed Flyer Payoffs

Flyer payoff for use of single wire and multiwire with high speed (max. 800 m/min). Purpose in most cases is rewinding.
Attention: The unit should be only used with adequate shielding that the customer should care for. A suitable shielding can be quoted by mobac on request.

Flyer pay-off for pay-off of single wire and multiple wire at high speed (max. 800 m/min).
Mainly used for rewinding (e.g. winding of braided spools). This payoff is characterized by very smooth running.

The Payoff is equipped with a glas fibre flyerarm that is driven by an AC-motor. Control of the motor by a 4 Q control unit and frequency inverter. The unit is especially suitable for high speed in start/stop use. It is working very even and with constant tension.

This kind of Flyer Payoffs are equipped with glass fibre arms and pulleys made of plastic with ceramic surface. There are payoff speeds often more than 800 m/min. in application.
