Take Up TU20/80

Spooler for spools from Ø 20 mm to Ø 80 mm, equipped with a revolution counter (6 numbers) to preset and automatic stop. Spools spanning with shaft and and collet bush spanning.
A length counter (meter) is available as an option and also a wire brake switch.
The machine can work with either single or double spoolseat.

Take Up TU60/200

This Take Up is intended to be equipped with one or two spools.
The spools are quickly mounted with a pinole clamp. The wire traverse is executed by an "Uhing" winding drive.
The traverse distance can be changed during operation via a spindle. The unit is equipped with an electric revolution counter (6 numbers) and an automatic stop. The start and stop ramps can be adjsted freely via a frequency switch.
Length counter (meter), protection grid and table framework are available on request.

Take Up TU60/200 with Autowinder AW1

Take Up as above but equipped with Autowinder AW1 as traverse for automatical winding of spools with eg conical flanges.

Spooler/Take Up TU80/200AT

The shown Payoff is motorized and able to pay off wires from spools of Ø 80 - 200 mm. It is built as a modulus design unit with transparent shielding and working-signal light.
The winding speed is controlled by dancer and adapted to the following working process. The tension is adjusted by spring load of the dancer.

Take Up TU80/250

The Take-up is equipped with an adjustable counter (6 numbers) with automatic-stop as well as a fast clamping equipment for standard spools. A length counter (meter) is available as an option.
A wire brake switch is possible and can be quoted optional.
Alternatively equipped with two or three spoolseats.

The Coil winder is equipped with an adjustable counter (6 numbers) with automatic-stop. Length counter (meter) as an option. Collapsible mandrel when taking off the outer flange.This table winder is also available with suitable table framework.

This Take Up is equipped with an electric preset counter with automatic stop.
Meter counter as an option.
Quick coil clamping via apinole.
Optional: Display m / min - constant winding speed.

This Take Up is equipped with double spool head. Both spools can be controlled individually.

For the withdrawal of the coil the outside spool flange is taken by
manual unblocking and the tied coil is then taken by pneumatic push out

This Take Up / Payoff is equipped with a hydraulic spool lifter. The spools are clamped hydraulically by a sleeve on keystroke. This unit is used for take up as well as for pay off steel wires, cables etc. Tasks like speed, tension, start and stop can be adjusted by a remote control.
