This kind of Flyer Payoffs are equipped with glass fibre arms and pulleys made of plastic with ceramic surface. There are payoff speeds often more than 800 m/min. in application.

6 x 0,1 mm, 7 x 0,13 mm, 7 x 0,2 mm, 12 x 0,19 mm and similar dancer regulated driven Flyer Payoffs are preferably used.

The Payoff is equipped with a glas fibre flyerarm that is driven by an AC-motor. Control of the motor by a 4 Q control unit and frequency inverter. The unit is especially suitable for high speed in start/stop use. It is working very even and with constant tension.
