Specially for loading of the spoolplaces this frame is equipped with a loadlifter to bring the spools in payoff position.

Continuous Running Flyer Payoffs

Continuous running Flyer Payoff with two double spoolseats.

The wire is taken over automatically to the spoolseat beside when the first one is empty.
The wire tension is adjustable by a friction brake.

Continuous running Flyer Payoff with 3 double spoolseats with guiding column.

IIn this case the payoff can also be used as a non continuous running payoff, using 6 spools.

A hysteresis brake or a magnetic particle brake is available as an option.

Continuous Running Flyer Payoffs


The wire is pulled over the head via the aluminium plate and the brush ring and is led to the adjacent spool automatically when the previous spool is empty.
The wire tension is generated by the brush ring.
The design and the strength of the brushes determines the wire tension.

We also provide all wire guide columns, pulleys, ceramic bushings etc.

The continous running flyer can be extended to up to 96 payoff positions.
